Women's Div. 2 A : New season starts with flurry of matches

Division 2A (Women’s London Volleyball League)
Getting ready to start
The last weekend of September is set aside for all four opening games of women's division 2A and the whole division will be on view. On the Saturday we can watch Bexley V C's Besty Girls against Giants 2 or Flaming 6 Comets against VPS Stars while on Sunday the choice will be Richmond v Pin Lon or SQUAD 2 v Lionhearts Cubs.

Planning for the new season is well under way and next season’s administrator for this division will be decided at a Competitions Committee meeting on 10th September.

The huge Copper Box could have been a huge vacuum. Instead, two good, competitive sides and loads of noisy support made it seem almost intimate and a great venue for this season's play-offs. Who was going to challenge for the second division's second place in next season's first division?
