No room for latecomers at popular tournament
Every year Bethnal Green resounds to the voices of “all nations” Volleyballers and this year the tournament will take place over the weekends of 12/13 and 19/20th May. Gary Beckford tells me that demand for entry meant that the playing schedule was full before the closing date with a minimum of publicity.

I hope you didn’t miss out on this opportunity to play some recreational sport as our regular season comes to an end and, whether you did or didn’t, I trust I shall see you at the event which I shall be attending as a spectator.
