Mid season review Women's Premier Division (London Volleyball League)
Competitive title chase
Lionhearts East lead the competition at mid season but, having lost to Rebels in four close sets in late November, it's clear that the challenge for the title is far from over. Their nearest rivals look to be Crocs though as, having played one game fewer game, are just a point behind. Having beaten IMKA in five sets, QKX are clearly a threat as well. Five teams to fight for the championship then? Look out for Giants too. They have played just three games and took a set off Lionhearts.

There will be an early opportunity to check on Giants for they revive the competition following the mid-season break with their visit to ULU on 12th January. The same day, QKX are due to entertain Onyx in a game that looks designed to decide who is best of the rest and, two days later second play third when London Rebels are at home to Inter Crocs. Giants resume their catch up in fixtures on 19th with a visit to Polonia IMKA and, next day, Lionhearts East play Onyx.
