Polonia will play in the first round against the Croatian team Mladost Zagreb The other first round contest will be between Brcko of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Portugal's Benfica Lisboa. The teams who join the competition in the first week-end of November are from Austria, Serbia, Finland, Montegro, Belarus and Romania.

If successful in round one in which they must play away between 22nd and 24th October and at home between 29th and 31st October, Polonia will find themselves facing the Austrian champions, SK Zadruga in an away tie as soon as 5th to 7th November with a game in London a week later.

London volleyball fans who supported the club in huge numbers last season will be grabbing their diaries to keep these dates clear as Polonia takes a step up in class and gives their fans the opportunity to support another exciting foray into Europe.
