Men's Premier : Second Richmond victory in three days

Richmond beat ULU, 21:19 21:15 21:19, Premier Division (Men's London Volleyball League)
Late ULU pressure so close to success
The scoreline tells the story. The teams produced an excellent contest: close, competitive and played in a great spirit.

Richmond shaded the first and third sets and took the second rather more easily although not without having to play well. So Richmond secured their third win in three games to sit between Lynx and Onyx in the league table, both also undefeated. Interestingly, Richmond are not due to play Onyx until late January nor Lynx until 10th March with the reverse fixtures being their last two matches of the season. With Onyx due to visit Lynx on 17th March, there could be a nail-biting end to the season but Onyx's home fixture against Lynx is as soon as 18th November and should give us all an indication of things to come and be well worth a trip to Latimer Grove and a visit to the Harrow Club.
