London's Super League representative's commemoration
Kit motifs
Open in new windowThis year, to continue the idea of commemorating important historical events, IBB Polonia London will display three important motifs on their kits. The Club commemorates the centenary of Poland gaining its independence. The other two events displayed on the shirts are #PAF100 and #RAF100, which are the centenary of the Polish and British Air Forces.

"I was overjoyed to hear that IBB Polonia London has decided to mark the Polish Independence anniversary as an event to commemorate, as well as the Polish Air Force. I am so pleased that the independence emblem as well as the Air Force emblems arose from the Polish Embassy in London. #PAF100 remembers the courageous work carried out by the Polish Air Force during World War II, and especially in the Battle of Britain. This event has married the two nations together for many years. I hope we will continue to have similar initiatives over the coming years." said the Polish Ambassador in London, Arkady Rzegocki.
Apart from the historical elements, the new branding of the kit supplier can also be found. KEEZA is now an official IBB Polonia London VC partner as kit supplier.
"TOMADEX is the owner company of KEEZA and is always keen on supporting Polish clubs. I am proud, that we can collaborate with such a well-known club in the UK like IBB Polonia London VC. They have a long and rich history of success and of promoting Polish initiatives. It is an honour that KEEZA appears on the match shirts and shorts of the top clubs in Poland and now the branding appears on the top club in the UK." commented Tomasz Szulc, the owner of TOMADEX.
The team from London have already had the opportunity to wear the newly branded kit twice this season. It's an honour for The Club to be able to wear kit with such a unique design and one that unites Poland And Great Britain strongly. Players from both of those nations, should wear the kit with pride and honour for our forefathers.
IBB Polonia London is multiple English Champion and English Cup holder and in the past, the club participated in the CEV Challenge Cup as a first club in English League and in the NEVZA tournament.
11th November is a public holiday in Poland commemorating independence. In 1795, after the third partition, Poland vanished from the map and for 123 years (until 1918) found itself divided up by Russia, Prussia and Austria. In 1914, the First World War began and one of the results was the rebirth of a nation and Poland became a country in its own right once again. In 2018 the anniversary of the regaining of independence will be marked.
For the last 14 years, Tomadex SA has been a leading manufacturer of supporters' gadgets and equipment in the EU. They work side by side with the largest sports clubs and their products can be found all around the globe. Some of the biggest clubs in the world sell their equipment and this merchandise has been licensed as official Europa League and Champions League memorabilia. For several years they have owned KEEZA and their presence in the sporting world has increased significantly as a result.
