This review identifies seven areas of weakness in the current regime intended to prevent, catch and punish players competing in matches when they shouldn't. If - or more likely when - ineligible players are involved it is unfair to all the other participants and damages the reputation and attractiveness of the competition.

The two attached files show:

1. Emails about re-arranging games.  Done reasonable well within our rules.
2. Comments that I have on that correspondence.

Then my questions,

• How do you write rules to avoid the mistakes being made?
• What would have happened if I had not picked up that the teams were going to 2 different venues?

Minutes of meeting

Entries are now closed for the London Volleyball League for 2011 - 2012. If you proceed with your application it may not be successful. However some teams already entered may withdraw or there maybe other situations that cause a vacancy. Unfortunately we cannot predict when vacancies of this type will become clear. If you are content to submit your entry details on this basis we will try to keep you informed of the situation. Here is the procedure, the forms and the place to track your application's progress.
