Entries are now closed for the London Volleyball League for 2011 - 2012. If you proceed with your application it may not be successful. However some teams already entered may withdraw or there maybe other situations that cause a vacancy. Unfortunately we cannot predict when vacancies of this type will become clear. If you are content to submit your entry details on this basis we will try to keep you informed of the situation. Here is the procedure, the forms and the place to track your application's progress.
How to enter for 2011 - 2012
There is quite a lot to do before you can send your entry in and it won't be accepted unless all the forms and the money arrive by the closing date. So get the 'Download form' straight away and find out what you need to do and what information you need to start collecting.
Before you can send in your form you will need:

The Download form is useful for gathering the information together but we prefer entries to be completed on-line so have a look at those early on as well so you can see what's involved.
Entering on-line involves a form for each team (name, contact details etc.) and a single master form (summarizing fees and deposits for all your teams, club details etc). The master form also includes your LVA membership application.
Almost all clubs managed the on-line method last year - it really saves a lot of hassle at our end - but they will be accepted by post as well.
Each team must start the season with their Goodwill Deposit at £50. Many teams carry over their deposit from season to season and you can check which teams need to submit, or top-up, their Goodwill Deposit in the Entry Tracker below.
The entry fee is £55 per team. This year there are no discounts for attending meetings, for mutiple teams or putting your entry in early. You can check if we have received your payment in the Entry Tracker below.
Someone else pays? (new feature this year)
For team organizers who pass on a payment instruction to someone else like an accounts department we have provided proforma invoices to help you. Just select the one you need and fill-in your name. Don't forget it is your responsibility to chase the payment so it reaches us by the deadline. You can check if we have received your payment in the Entry Tracker below.
Please remember your league is run by volunteers and preparing the fixture schedule, printing the handbook and setting up everything else for your season does take time. So please don't risk being late and missing a whole season's volleyball. Start now and get it done early - there is only one deadline Sunday 31st July - and both the forms and the fees must be with us by then. Please ask if you need help with the process - Chair, Secretary, Treasurer - but please don't ask for more time!
